Terms of Use — Notion Integration

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Notion integration ("Integration") provided by Allegory ("we," "us," or "our") within our application ("Service"). By enabling or using the Integration, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not enable or use the Integration.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Integration only if you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and
• Have an active Notion account in good standing.

2. Access to Notion

By enabling the Integration, you authorize us to connect to your Notion account via Notion's official API and to access, store, and process the data necessary to provide the Integration's features. You understand that:

• We do not own your Notion content.
• We act only as a conduit to allow your Notes App content and Notion workspace to sync or exchange data.
• You remain solely responsible for the content you store in Notion.

3. Use of Data

We will only use your Notion data:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Integration;
• In accordance with our Privacy Policy;
• As required by law or legal process.

Important: We will not sell your Notion data to third parties.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use the Integration only in compliance with applicable laws and Notion's own Terms of Service;
• Not use the Integration to upload, store, or share any unlawful or harmful content;
• Maintain the security of your Notion account credentials (we never store your Notion password).

5. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Integration at any time, with or without notice. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• Changes to Notion's API;
• Outages or downtime of Notion's services;
• Your failure to maintain a valid Notion account.

6. Third-Party Services

Notion is a third-party service not owned or controlled by us. Your use of Notion is subject toNotion Labs, Inc.'s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of Notion.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Integration if:

• You violate these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law;
• We can no longer access Notion's API under their terms.
